As exciting as the description may sound, being able to sprint in any direction makes movement strange as there is still some "drag" to sprinting in a different direction.
One of the worst "positive" perks in the game. Not only does it not enhance your dodging ability, it also decreases it by making it feel like you are on ice all the time.
